“Do I owe you money? Get in line — it’s a very long line.”
⚠️ Operating from Las Vegas, NV & St. Petersburg, FL ⚠️
Who Is Blake Jason Ferry?
Blake Ferry is not just a contractor — he is widely accused of fraud, theft, and running companies that repeatedly fail to pay employees despite dozens of promises to do so. Workers are kept on the job while left unpaid. He operates primarily in Las Vegas, Nevada, and St. Petersburg, Florida.
Since moving to Las Vegas in the early 2000s — likely to escape debt, deceit, broken promises, and failed businesses in Florida — Ferry has been sued 26 separate times in the Eighth Judicial District Court (Nevada). The pattern below is public, persistent, and hard to ignore.
From Failed Businesses to Million-Dollar Betrayals
Ferry has turned wrecking companies into a career: take control, drain the money, and walk away — leaving chaos, unpaid bills, and shattered lives behind.
At T & M Controls and TM Electrical Solutions, employees endured hardship, believing promises they’d be paid “when the check came in.” When nearly $1,000,000 from Station Casinos finally arrived, it could have cleared debts and saved homes. Instead, Ferry kept every cent, leaving workers to face foreclosures, repossessions, unpaid child support, and mounting bills — while he bought his wife Stephanie a new car.
Workers reported bounced paychecks and harassment from payday lenders like Money Tree after taking loans because promised pay never arrived. Some were left owed tens of thousands of dollars in wages, denied legally required overtime, and never reimbursed for business expenses he promised to cover.
At one Reno job, he told his crew, “Just finish the job and I’ll take care of all of you.” They finished the work — and not a single person ever got paid.
To Blake Ferry, loyalty is a tool, trust is bait, and the only payday that matters is his own.
A Track Record of Collapse and Deception
Every business tied to Ferry ends in legal and financial disaster. Employees go without pay, vendors go unpaid, and lawsuits pile up. The pattern is unmistakable: use empty promises to keep people working — then disappear with the money. Even family members involved with his companies have faced multiple bankruptcies and financial troubles.
Failed & Bankrupt Companies
- T & M Controls Inc. — BANKRUPT
- T & M Solutions — CLOSED
- T & M Electrical Solutions — FAILED
- TM Solar Solutions — FAILED
- Gray Skye Holdings LLC — DEFUNCT
In April 2025, T & M Controls filed for bankruptcy after receiving over $1 million from Station Casinos — money that vanished while workers, creditors, and tax authorities were left unpaid.

Has the wage theft been reported to the state labor commission? They may be able to help everyone affected get the pay they are owed.
Not possible anymore since it was an LLC. I was a victim. They had a case open and once the company tanked, they said there was nothing they could do. 🙁
That’s why this site is here. Please help make Blake famous.
