⚠️ Blake Jason Ferry – Lawsuits, License Revocations, and Business Failures ⚠️
⚠️ Operating from Las Vegas, NV & St. Petersburg, FL ⚠️

“Do I owe you money? Get in line. It’s a very long line.”
⚠️ Who Is Blake Jason Ferry?
Blake Ferry is not just a contractor — he is widely accused of fraud, theft, and running companies that repeatedly fail to pay employees despite dozens of promises to do so, keeping workers on the job while leaving them unpaid. He operates primarily in Las Vegas, Nevada, and St. Petersburg, Florida.
Blake Ferry: From Failed Businesses to Million-Dollar Betrayals
Blake Ferry, once a small-time business failure in St. Petersburg, Florida, has turned wrecking companies into a career. His playbook is simple: take control, drain the money, and walk away — leaving chaos, unpaid bills, and shattered lives behind.
At T & M Controls and TM Electrical Solutions, employees endured hardship, believing Blake’s promise that they’d be paid “when the check came in.” When nearly $1,000,000 from Station Casinos finally arrived, it could have cleared debts and saved homes. Instead, Blake kept every cent, leaving workers to face foreclosures, repossessions, unpaid child support, and mounting bills — while he bought his wife Stephanie a new car.
Workers have reported bounced paychecks, with some being hounded by payday lenders like Money Tree for repayment on loans they were forced to take after not getting paid. Some employees were left owed tens of thousands of dollars in wages, denied legally required overtime pay, and never reimbursed for out-of-pocket business expenses he promised to cover.
At one job in Reno, Blake told his crew, “Just finish the job and I’ll take care of all of you.” They finished the work — and not a single person ever got paid.
From Small Failures to Big Scams
Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Blake tried his hand at multiple businesses — all of them failures. But rather than admit defeat, he seemed to discover his true “talent”: taking a good business and destroying it from the inside.
The method is always the same — get in, grab as much money as possible, and walk away without a second thought for the destruction left behind. The only thing that matters is cash… cash… and more cash.
Over the years, Blake has infiltrated companies, bled them dry, and left employees stranded. He repeatedly promises to “take care” of his workers — but when someone like Blake “takes care” of you, who needs enemies?
At T & M Controls and TM Electrical Solutions, workers pushed through long hours and financial strain, trusting his repeated assurances that payment would come “once the check came in.” That check — nearly $1,000,000 from Station Casinos — could have paid employees, their families, suppliers, and creditors. Instead, Blake pocketed the money, ignored desperate pleas for help, and rewarded himself with luxury purchases.
Blake knew the stakes — overdue rent, missed mortgage payments, unpaid child support — and still chose to betray everyone. This wasn’t an accident. It was the plan.
To Blake Ferry, loyalty is a tool, trust is bait, and the only payday that matters is his own.
